Karachi: The Sindh Building Control Authority has initiated the establishment of a One-Window operation, and directives for the appointment of a Director for the One-Window have been issued.
According to the notification, the building plan of all residential plots will be approved under one window facility, construction on residential plots will be checked and approved only on one window facility.
In accordance with the directives issued by the Director-General of the Sindh Building Control Authority, Karachi has decided to conduct a survey of illegally constructed buildings in response to the instructions of the Minister for Local Government. A report on this survey will be submitted to the Minister for Local Government.
