Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab has assured that all UC including Jamaat-e-Islami will give funds to the chairman.Murtaza Wahab stated that all political parties are in agreement to collectively resolve the issues of the city.
In a statement, Mayor Karachi mentioned that despite an invitation, Jamaat-e-Islami did not participate in the parliamentary party leaders’ meeting. He stated that an invitation was extended to Jamaat-e-Islami, but they did not attend.
Murtaza Wahab stated that all political parties are in agreement to collectively resolve the issues of the city. If Jamaat-e-Islami’s leaders had participated in the meeting, there would have been serious discussions on the city’s issues.
Their message was that by not attending the meeting, Jamaat-e-Islami displayed a lack of seriousness, and they called upon them to come together and work for the betterment of Karachi.
