President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and former Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, has stated that the statement made by the President of Pakistan should undergo an inquiry.
Speaking to the media in London, Shehbaz Sharif emphasized the need for a transparent inquiry, stating that there should be no ambiguity about the truth. He mentioned that the President not only checks the bill but also signs it, and in matters of this nature, verbal statements are insufficient.
According to Shehbaz Sharif, the person occupying the highest constitutional position in Pakistan should refrain from making verbal statements.
The former prime minister says that why did the president wait for so many days? This is a question mark, this matter is not so easy, President Arif Alvi will have to answer.
