Former leader of Tehreek-e-Insaf Usman Dar’s mother has said that if my son Umar Dar is not found, I will file an FIR against the IG and go to court.
Talking to the media in Lahore High Court, She said that the police picked up my son in front of everyone, why didn’t the IG Punjab take notice. If there were any cases against my son, he would have brought them to court and faced them.
It should be noted that last week the spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Insaf claimed that Usman Dar’s brother Umar Dar has been arrested from Lahore.
The Chief Justice further remarked that we cannot order the Parliament to enact legislation, tomorrow you will criticize us for ordering the Parliament.
Justice Mazhar remarked that the court does not have the power to legislate, it can only declare the law null and void.
