In the first innings of the third Test match against Australia to be played in Sydney, Pakistan’s batting line was shaken.Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first against Australia.
Openers Abdullah Shafiq and Saeem Ayub returned to the pavilion without scoring any runs. Shan Masood was dismissed for 35 and Babar Azam for 26 while Pakistan suffered their fifth loss at the total score of 150 in the form of Saud Shakeel who was dismissed for 5 runs.
After the fifth 5 wickets fell early, Muhammad Rizwan and Salman Ali Agha took the score to 190, but Rizwan returned to the pavilion after scoring 88 runs. For Australia, Pat Cummins took three wickets and Mitchell Starc took one wicket.
