Hearing on PTI’s contempt of court petition related to level playing field is going on in the Supreme Court. A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa is conducting the hearing, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Musarat Hilali are included in the bench.
The Chief Justice asked that where is Shoaib Shaheen? Come to the rostrum, Shoaib Shaheen sir, you have filed the application, you should give your arguments. Shoaib Shaheen said that Latif Khosa is a senior lawyer, I have requested arguments from him, I stand with Latif Khosa.
The Chief Justice expressed his indignation at writing Sardar along with the name of Latif Khosa and said that these words like Sardar, Nawab and Peer should be stopped now. Or stop joking with Sardari Nizam, Constitution of Pakistan. Latif Khosa said that Sardar is written on my identity card, so Sardar was also written in the court.
Speaking to Latif Khosa, the Chief Justice said to leave Sardar and Nawab, now come out of slavery, don’t try to increase your rank by writing Sardar.
