Former captain of Pakistan cricket team, Shahid Afridi, has given a statement after Pakistan’s defeat in the second T20 against Afghanistan, extending their losing streak against Afghanistan.
In the second match of the series, consisting of three matches played at Sharjah’s historic stadium, Afghanistan defeated Pakistan by 7 wickets, securing a 0-2 lead in the series.
Green Shirts scored 130 runs with a loss of 6 wickets in the designated 20 overs. In response, the Afghan team achieved the target in the 20th over with a loss of 3 wickets.
This is the first time that the Afghan team has achieved victory in an international series against Pakistan, setting a historic record.
