Islamabad: The head of the Awami Muslim League, Sheikh Rasheed, has said that the government is moving towards a collision with the judiciary by taking Parliament along.
Sheikh Rasheed said that the Supreme Court is bound by the constitution and there is no option to defy it. The upcoming election in 90 days will be the final decision of the Constitution, and whoever runs away from it will be laying the foundation for the end of the democratic system. There was a conflict between the government and the opposition earlier, but now the government is moving towards a collision with the judiciary by taking Parliament along.
He further said that the government is making unsuccessful attempts to stop the anti-government bill. The attack on the judiciary by the PML-N is nothing new. Whoever challenges the verdict of the court will invite rebellion.
They said that the issue is not about money and security but about intentions because the government is not ready to go to the people. The country is heading towards anarchy and civil war. Important decisions will have to be made, otherwise, this game cannot continue for long.
