Indian actress and model Harshal Kalia, 30, from Rajasthan, has died in a tragic road accident in Jaipur, leaving the entertainment industry in shock.
According to Indian media reports, the accident occurred around 11:30 pm on Monday when she was returning home from work, and her car lost control and overturned on the roadside.
Reports indicate that the vehicle, due to high speed, hit a divider and flipped multiple times before landing at a distance, after which local residents rushed to help, pulled her out, and shifted her to a nearby private hospital.
However, due to severe head injuries, doctors declared her dead, while police completed legal formalities and handed over the body to her family after post-mortem.
Police officials stated that investigations are underway to determine the exact cause of the accident.
Harshal Kalia had worked in the web series “Crime Next Door,” had also served as a news anchor, and appeared in several Rajasthani songs, while recently she was active in modeling.
