The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced plans to build a modern international-standard cricket stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The announcement follows the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Pakistan Cricket Board and the Saudi Arabia Cricket Federation to promote cricket and develop sports infrastructure.
The agreement was signed by PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and the chairman of the Saudi Arabia Cricket Federation.
Under the MoU, both organizations will cooperate on cricket infrastructure development, operational standards, capacity building and initiatives aimed at promoting the sport in Saudi Arabia.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mohsin Naqvi said the Pakistan Cricket Board is proud to contribute to the growth and development of cricket in Saudi Arabia.
