Rawalpindi: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that former Chief Justice of Pakistan Saqib Nisar indulged in politics in the name of justice. Speaking to the media during his visit to the Institute of Urology and Transplantation in Rawalpindi, he criticized Saqib Nisar, stating that he used to hold court sessions on weekends for political purposes.
He further accused Saqib Nisar of using the name of justice for political gain and trying to install his brother as the head of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Saqib Nisar used to disgracefully summon Dr. Saeed to court.
The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction with the treatment of patients at the Institute of Urology and Transplantation, stating that the project will benefit patients by providing better services. The government is making efforts to improve health services, and the hospital has already performed its first successful operation.
Shahbaz Sharif said that patients are being treated in the best possible manner in the hospital, and the facilities provided are a source of satisfaction. He congratulated the Chief Minister of Punjab, the Health Secretary, and other relevant individuals on the success of the hospital. The hospital has so far cost five billion rupees, and its foundation stone was laid in 2012. The project was neglected by the previous government.
