Karachi: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has arrested a wanted target killer affiliated with the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) London from Karachi.
According to details, the Sindh province’s Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested a wanted target killer affiliated with the MQM London during an information-based operation in Karachi.
A spokesperson for the CTD stated that the arrested suspect was apprehended from the Nurs Chowrangi area of SITE-A and was identified as Faraz alias Cheeta.
The spokesperson further added that the arrested suspect had ties to the Ali Ghar Sector’s target killer team, and his associate, Farooq alias Faju, was previously arrested in connection with murder and attempted murder cases.
During the search operation, the suspect confessed to his involvement in the murder of police constables Shahid, Javed, and Asad Khan.
