Islamabad High Court has scheduled the hearing of an appeal against the sentence in the Tosha khana case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.
The appeal hearing is set for August 22nd, with Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court, Aamir Farooq, and Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri presiding. The Registrar of the Islamabad High Court has issued the case list.
The court has demanded a complete record of the Tosha khana case and has issued a notice to the Election Commission regarding the appeal against the sentence.
