Daughter of former federal minister Shireen Mazari,Iman Mazari’s bail application approved in the case of damage to government property and cars in Tarnool police station, Islamabad.
Duty Judge Waqas Ahmed Raja in the Sessions Court while pronouncing a reserved judgment on the application granted the bail of Iman Mazari against a surety bond of 30,000.
Islamabad Police arrested Iman Mazari, daughter of former federal minister Shireen Mazari, and Ali Wazir, leader of Pashtun Protection Movement, on August 20.
Explaining the reason for the arrest, the police had said that the accused were wanted for investigation by the police for violating the NOC in the rally, against which a case was also registered.
According to the text of the case, the accused said that the rally was not restricted to a specific area and the road was blocked,When asked to open the road, PTM leaders snatched weapons from the police,Damaged an official vehicle.
According to the police, a case has been registered against Ali Wazir, Haji Abdul Samad, Dr Mushtaq Ahmed and Iman Mazari, Apart from this, a case was registered against Khan Wali Orakzai, Noor Bacha, Hussain Khanzada and others.
