Anti-terrorism court of Islamabad has granted bail to Iman Mazari in the case of intimidation, incitement and sedition. The court approved Iman Mazari’s bail for 30 thousand rupees.
According to the details, Iman Mazari’s bail application after his arrest was heard by ATC judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain.
Prosecutor Raja Naveed, Shireen Mazari and lawyer Safai appeared before the ATC, the prosecution opposed Iman Mazari’s bail.
Prosecutor Raja Naveed read the script of Iman Mazari’s speech in the court. and said that the report of USB has not yet come, the forensic examination of the speech has to be done.
The court approved Iman Mazari’s bail for 30 thousand rupees.
