Islamabad: The hearing of the cipher case against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will be held in Attock Jail today. The hearing of the case will be conducted by udge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain.
The cipher case against Chairman PTI will be heard by Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain. The Ministry of Law allowed the hearing of the cipher case to be held in Attock Jail.
A notification has also been issued against Chairman PTI to be lodged in Attock Jail by a special court.
The decision to hear the cipher case in Attock Jail was made due to security concerns while the Home Ministry had also written a letter to the Law Ministry in this regard.
On the other hand, the party has requested the Supreme Court to take notice of the decision to transfer the trial of Chairman PTI to Attock Jail.
