Islamabad Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa has appointed Faizabad sit-in revision case for hearing.Faizabad dharna case will be heard in the Supreme Court on September 28.
According to the details, the hearing of the Faizabad sit-in case is scheduled in the Supreme Court on September 28. Chief Justice Justice Faiz Isa has formed a three-member bench to hear the case regarding the Faizabad sit-in.
Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will head the bench while Justice Aminuddin Khan and Justice Atharmanullah will also join the bench.
The Chief Justice had given observations against PTI and MQM in the case. Justice Qazi Faiz Isa also had to face a reference due to Faizabad Dharna decision.
A request was made by the Pakistan Bar Council to fix the case yesterday. On April 15, 2019, the relevant parties, including the Ministry of Interior, filed a review application.
It should be noted that review applications were also filed by Ministry of Defence, Pemra and IB in this regard.
