Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has stated that even today some forces do not want Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto to receive justice.
After the hearing on the presidential reference in the Supreme Court, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto spoke to the media and said that 12 years after the reference, a request was filed in 2018 for an early hearing on the reference. We demand justice for the leader of the people, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
He expressed hope that justice will be served, stating that some forces still do not want Bhutto to receive justice. He desires that the truth be revealed to the public, that Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was innocent, and the questions raised during the reference need to be answered.
Bilawal Bhutto said that there is an appeal to the court to correct the history and wash this blood from their hands, expose the murderers of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.
He said, “I want to tell myself and this nation that Zulfikar Bhutto was not a murderer. The person accused of his murder is still alive, holding press conferences. We need to restore the public’s trust in this institution and want to present the current system before the people.”
The Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party stated that the Muslim League (N) and the People’s Party deserve justice, and it is the right of every party and individual. He emphasized that justice cannot be served to the people of the country until the leader of the people receives justice. He indicated that institutions claiming to provide justice in Pakistan will not be acknowledged until justice is served to the leader of the people.
