Hearing on intra-court appeals against annulment of trial of civilians in military courts will be held today.A 6-member bench headed by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood will hear the intra-court appeals in the Supreme Court.
Justice Aminuddin, Justice Muhammad Ali, Justice Hasan Azhar, Justice Musrat Hilali and Justice Irfan Saadat Khan are also included in the 6-member bench.
It should be noted that the Supreme Court has issued notices to all the parties in the case.
The 5-member bench of the Supreme Court declared the trial of the civilian null and void, after which the Ministry of Defence, Sindh, Punjab and Balochistan governments followed by the Interior Ministry also challenged the decision against the military courts.
