Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan wrote a letter to President Arif Alvi, Imran Khan has demanded an immediate investigation against General (Rtd) Qamar Javed Bajwa.
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan wrote a letter to President Arif Alvi, in which the details of oath violations by General Qamar Javed Bajwa were also sent to the President.
On behalf of Imran Khan, it has been said that during the last few days, there have been very clever disclosures at the public level, it is clear from the information that has come to light that General Bajwa has committed a clear violation of his oath.
Imran Khan further said that General Bajwa admitted to Javed Chaudhry that “we considered Imran Khan a threat to the country”, General Bajwa also admitted that “we think if Imran Khan remains in power So the country will suffer”.
In the letter, Chairman PTI further said that the use of the word “we” by General Bajwa needs to be investigated, what is meant by this “we” used by General Bajwa.
Who gave the authority to General Bajwa to decide that the elected prime minister is dangerous for the country due to being in power, this decision is only for the people who they want to elect as prime minister.
General Bajwa making himself a decision maker in this regard is a clear violation of Article 244 of the Constitution and the oath given in the Third Schedule.
