A fine was imposed of five thousand rupees on Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi, Who requested the disqualification of Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.
The Sindh High Court rejected the petitioner Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi who requested to restore the disqualification of Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah for non-appearance and imposed a fine of five thousand rupees on the petitioner.
Petitioner Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi took a position in the court that I had a stroke and was under treatment in the hospital, due to my absence the court rejected the petition of disqualification of the Chief Minister.
The petitioner requested that Murad Ali Shah’s disqualification petition be reinstated.
The court rejected the petition of Mahmood Akhtar Naqvi and imposed a fine of 5 thousand rupees on the petitioner.
