Washington: Former U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that under the Gaza plan, Palestinians will not have the right to return to Gaza, as they will be provided with far better living conditions elsewhere.
Trump further mentioned that there will be six different locations outside of Gaza designated for Palestinian resettlement.
In an interview with American media, Trump said that he is proposing a permanent place for Palestinians, adding that even if they were to return, it would take several years, as Gaza is currently uninhabitable.
He stated that residential areas will be built for over two million Palestinians, ensuring they are both safe and well-developed.
It is noteworthy that Trump recently announced plans for the occupation of Gaza, stating that after the war, the Gaza Strip would be handed over to the United States through Israel.
Trump also claimed that by then, Palestinians would have been resettled in modern, secure, and beautiful communities in the region.
He further asserted that the U.S. would not require any military presence for this plan, which he believes will bring stability to the region.
