Islamabad: Bahrain’s National Guard Commander, General Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, visited the General Headquarters (GHQ) and met with Pakistan’s Army Chief, General Syed Asim Munir.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the two leaders discussed matters of mutual interest and the regional security situation. They also explored ways to further strengthen bilateral military cooperation.
The Army Chief emphasized the importance of collaboration in addressing common security challenges and maintaining peace and stability in the region. He highlighted the crucial role of military cooperation between the two nations.
General Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa praised the professionalism of Pakistan’s armed forces and acknowledged their efforts in combating terrorism.
