The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has officially released the schedule for the Central Superior Services (CSS) Examination 2026. The examination will be conducted in two phases, comprising the preliminary and written exams.
In the first phase, an MCQ-Based Preliminary Test (MPT) will be held. The public notice for online applications for the MPT will be issued on Sunday, August 10, 2025.
According to FPSC, applications for the MPT will be accepted from August 11 to August 25, 2025. The MPT is scheduled to take place on Sunday, November 9, 2025.
The second phase will include the written examination. The notice for online applications for the written exam will be published on Sunday, December 14, 2025. Candidates can submit their applications from December 15 to December 30, 2025. The written exam will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
FPSC has clarified that this schedule has been issued for initial guidance only and reserves the right to make changes if necessary. Candidates are advised to stay updated by regularly checking the official FPSC website.
