Islamabad: Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, has approached the court regarding the notice issued by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
The former First Lady has challenged the NAB notice for an investigation into the Toshakhana case in the Islamabad High Court, in which NAB has also been made a party.
In the application, Bushra Bibi has requested the court to order NAB to refrain from taking any coercive action against her until a decision is made and to stop the inquiry into the matter until the decision on the application is announced.
Bushra Bibi has also requested the court to declare the notices issued on February 16 and 17 as illegal.
