In the case of the Dajal Check Post attack case, the bail request of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Amin Gandapur has been accepted.
The magistrate of Bhakkar has ordered Gandapur to submit a surety bond of Rs. 50,000. Gandapur was facing charges of firing on the Dajal Check Post in a social media post.
Today, Ali Amin Gandapur was presented in the court of Bhakkar magistrate, where he was brought in a prison van. His face was covered with a cloth at the time of his arrival.
In the Bhakkar Police Station case, the hearing of the case of firing on the Dajal Check Post and breaking the checkpoint to escape was held. Senior Civil Judge Faujdari has reserved the verdict and after that, Ali Amin Gandapur was handed over to Lahore police.
