Karachi: According to unofficial and non-governmental results of the local government elections, Pakistan Peoples Party has won 7 seats and Jamaat-e-Islami has won 4 seats out of 11 UCs (Union Councils) in Karachi.
According to the Election Commission’s spokesperson, Pakistan Peoples Party has secured 97 seats and is in first place, while Jamaat-e-Islami has come in second with 86 seats. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has won 42 seats and is in third place.
Muslim League-N was only able to secure 7 seats, while Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam won 3 seats. Tehreek-e-Labbaik and Azad Umeedwar were able to secure one seat each.
