Former leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Jahangir Tareen, has decided to form a new political party. Aleem Khan will also be a part of the party.
According to sources, Jahangir Tareen will be the chief patron of the new party, while several key dissident leaders from PTI, including Aleem Khan, will be part of the party.
Prominent political families from Dera Ghazi Khan, Rajanpur, Muzaffargarh, Vehari, and Multan will also join this new political entity.
Important leaders from Karachi, interior Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan have also contacted Jahangir Tareen, according to sources.
It is reported that Jahangir Tareen and his like-minded friends have completed the initial groundwork, and the party secretariat has been set up in Lahore.
Jahangir Tareen had meetings with more than 70 political leaders from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in recent days.
