National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned the Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) today in the £190 million NCA scam case. On the other hand, the police have also requested the Chairman of PTI to appear for inspection in four cases.
NAB summoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan once again in National Crime Agency 190 million pounds scam.
In the notice sent by NAB, it has been asked to appear at NAB Rawalpindi office at 11:30 am on August 4.
The notice also asked Chairman PTI to bring all the documents related to the case with him. This will be the first appearance of Chairman PTI after recording the statement of former Principal Secretary Azam Khan as a witness.
NAB had earlier summoned Chairman PTI in personal capacity on July 13, in which he did not appear.
On the other hand, the Federal Police has also issued notices for the Chairman of PTI in four different cases. Imran Khan has been summoned twice in the Thana Karachi Company and other cases.
In the Thana Karachi Company notice, the Chairman of PTI is directed to appear at 2 PM today at the SSP Investigation Office, while Thana Tarnol has also requested him to appear at 3 PM in various cases.
Thana Kohsar has also sent a notice to the Chairman of PTI for appearance.
According to the notices, the former Prime Minister was previously requested to appear but was not included in the investigation. If he fails to participate in the inquiry this time, legal action will be taken against him.
