Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf has been arrested in the cipher case. The Federal Investigation Agency will request the court for the physical remand of the Chairman of PTI.
Judge Abul Hasnat of Secret Act Court has sent Chairman PTI to jail on judicial remand.
In this case, the Secret Act Court has summoned PTI Chairman on August 30 in his personal capacity.
Judge Abul Hasnat has also ordered the Superintendent of Attock Jail to produce Chairman PTI.
Tosha Khana case, Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf’s sentence suspended, release on bail ordered.
According to this decision, Chairman PTI will remain in jail in the cipher case. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) will request the court for the physical remand of Chairman PTI.
Chairman PTI’s judicial remand in the cipher case was approved till August 30.
