Special court established under the Official Secrets Act has granted permission to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to talk to his sons on the phone.
Chairman PTI through his lawyers Umeer Niazi and Shiraz Ahmed had filed an application in the Secret Act court to talk to sons Qasim and Sulaiman over the phone.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the Secret Act Court accepted the request of Chairman PTI.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain directed the Superintendent of Attock Jail to make arrangements to talk to Imran Khan about his sons over the phone.
It should be noted that after being sentenced on August 5th in the Tosha khana case, Imran Khan was taken into custody and transferred to Attock Jail. However, later on August 19th, he was also arrested in the EFA Chairmanship case.
A few days ago, the Islamabad High Court suspended the sentence given to Imran Khan by the trial court in the Tosha Khana case, but due to his arrest in the cipher case, his release could not be possible and he is still imprisoned in Attock jail. are
