The Intelligence Bureau has decided to withdraw the revision petition filed in the Supreme Court in the Islamabad Faizabad dharna revision case.
In the Faizabad Dharna (sit-in) case, Islamabad’s Faizabad Dharna, the Anti-Terrorism Bureau has decided to withdraw the review petition filed in the Supreme Court.
In the Supreme Court, in the Faizabad Dharna review case, the Deputy Director of the Anti-Terrorism Bureau filed various applications.
In the miscellaneous application of the Deputy Director, it was stated that the Anti-Terrorism Bureau wants to withdraw the review petition against the decision of the Faizabad Dharna, so permission should be granted to withdraw the review petition.
On the other hand, Sheikh Rasheed’s lawyer filed an application for intervention in the Faizabad Dharna review case.
It was stated in the application that Sheikh Rasheed is under arrest and cannot be contacted, and his lawyer Amanullah Kanrani has now become a provincial law minister, so he cannot appear as a provincial law minister in the Faizabad Dharna review case.
The application requests to adjourn the hearing of the case.
It should be noted that the hearing of the Faizabad Dharna review case in the Supreme Court will take place on September 28.
