According to the Meteorological Department, today on Tuesday, dry weather is expected in various regions of the country, while the southern regions will remain hot. In Gilgit-Baltistan and its adjacent areas, there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning at some places.
In the last 24 hours, the weather remained hot and dry in most parts of the country. Skardu recorded 6 millimeters of rain, 3 millimeters in Patan, and 2 millimeters in Dir (Upper).
The maximum temperature recorded today was 42 degrees Celsius in Turbat, 41 degrees Celsius in Hyderabad, Lasbela, Mithi and Shaheed Benazirabad, the Meteorological Department said.
Talking about Karachi, according to Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz, there is a possibility of a further decrease in temperatures from today. The weather will improve in the coming days, but there is no possibility of rain.
