Beijing: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar says that no other relationship is more important for Pakistan than the brotherly relationship with China.
During discussions with Chinese officials, including think tanks and scholars, Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar emphasized that the enduring friendship between Pakistan and China continues to prosper on every occasion, and for Pakistan, nothing is more crucial than the brotherly relations with China.
Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar emphasized that the special bilateral relations between Pakistan and China are a matter of national consensus in Pakistan, and Pakistan will not allow anyone to undermine our deep and friendly relations.
He said that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a flagship project that represents the epitome of Pak-China strategic cooperation. CPEC signifies the growing economic and trade relations between both nations.
He said that CPEC is a revolutionary project that is advancing the national agenda of sustainable development, expanding CPEC to Afghanistan will pave the way for development in the region.
Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar further mentioned that China and Pakistan aim to make Gawadar a hub of regional relations, and CPEC has created opportunities for over 200,000 jobs. CPEC has paved the way for inclusive social and economic progress for the marginalized and classes.
He stated that CPEC has modernized Pakistan’s fundamental framework and provided livelihoods for our youth through CPEC projects.
