Dinesh Phadnis, the famous actor of India’s 1998 drama serial CID, passed away. Indian media say that this has been confirmed by Dayanand Shetty, who played the role of Daya in CID.
On December 3, there were reports of a heart attack in the Indian media, but these reports were denied by Dayanand Shetty and termed as lies.
Dayanand Shetty said that Dinesh Fadnes had a liver disorder, for which he was undergoing treatment and was on ventilator for the last several days.
Last night his condition worsened and he passed away. Dinesh Phadnis was 57 years old and played the role of ‘Fredericks’ in the drama CID.
