The Election Commission approved the jail trial of the contempt Election Commission case against PTI founder Imran Khan and former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry.
Deputy Director Law Saima Janjua gave a safe decision regarding the trial in the case of contempt of Election Commission and approved the trial of former Chairman PTI and Fawad Chaudhry in Adiala Jail.
According to the Election Commission, the hearing of the contempt Election Commission case against Tehreek-e-Insaf founder and former minister Fawad Chaudhry will be held on December 13 in Adiala Jail. The Election Commission directed the Ministry of Interior to fulfill the legal rules and regulations within 2 days.
