The Islamabad Supreme Court is likely to schedule the reference regarding the murder of former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto for hearing next week.
According to the details, the presidential reference regarding the assassination of former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto is likely to be set for hearing.
Sources have said that the reference to declare Zulfiqar Bhutto’s execution as judicial murder in the Supreme Court will be scheduled for hearing next week.
Sources said that a larger bench will hear the presidential reference related to the judicial killing of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. A bench headed by the Chief Justice will be formed to hear the reference.
It should be remembered that former president Zardari had sent a presidential reference on the decision to execute Bhutto in 2011.
