Islamabad National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has filed another Tosha Khana reference against former Prime Minister and his wife Bushra Bibi who are imprisoned in Adiala Jail, the points of which have also come to light.
The NAB prosecutor filed a reference in the accountability court along with investigating officer Mohsin Haroon and case officer Waqar Al Hasan. The court registrar’s office began checking the reference.
New points of reference against the founder PTI and Bushra Bibi have come out according to which the founder PTI and former first lady received 108 gifts during her tenure as Prime Minister, out of which 58 gifts were kept by the accused.
According to the reference, the accused kept the gifts with low value, the accused also got the jewelery set from the Saudi Crown Prince at a low value, Bushra Bibi did not deposit the jewelery set in the Tosha Khana.
It should be remembered that the former Prime Minister has been disqualified by the Election Commission in the Tosha Khana case.
