Barrister Ali Zafar, the lawyer of founder Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, has announced to challenge the decision of the trial court.
He said that as soon as the written decision comes, we will challenge it in the Islamabad High Court, the sentence given in the cipher case will be overturned.
Ali Zafar said that all the documents were showing that it was not a trial, the system of justice was a joke with the system, the demands of justice were not fulfilled but they were flouted.
He said that this is a mistrial, it is a violation of Article 10A, the punishment is given only when the crime is proven, there was no trial here, the punishment is reduced when the crime is admitted, the punishment should be reduced. .
