Secretary Religious Affairs Dr. Attaur Rehman says that some changes have been introduced in Hajj this year, mobile phone application will be required to be used for every Hajj.
The Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Dr. Attaur Rehman, has said during the press conference that this time a short Hajj of 20 to 25 days has been introduced. Air ticket for short Hajj will cost 55 to 60 thousand. The rent will be reduced for the option of more than one person staying in the room.
All pilgrims’ contacts and complaints will also be recorded through the Hajj application, the mobile phone application ‘Pak Hajj’ must be used by every Hajj. Free SIMs will be given to pilgrims from Pakistan, calls will be made with the help of data. Pakistani pilgrims will be able to carry two bags of the same color.
The Secretary of Religious Affairs further said that the officers below 45 years of age from grade 7 to 18 will be Khudam, the assistants will also be monitored through the Pak Hajj application.
