The founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, has also challenged the notice of demand in the new NAB inquiry in the Islamabad High Court.
In the petition filed by Barrister Salman Safdar, Usman Gul and Khalid Chaudhry, the Islamabad High Court has been requested to suspend the NAB notice pending a decision on the petition.
In the inquiry, founder PTI and Bushra Bibi are accused of illegal sale of Tosha Khan’s gifts. Founder PTI and Bushra Bibi were summoned to NAB Rawalpindi on April 16.
On the other hand, Bushra Bibi’s application is scheduled for hearing today in the division bench of Islamabad High Court, which will be heard by Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Amir Farooq and Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri.
