The Islamabad District and Sessions Court has set July 5 as the date for framing charges in the audio leak case against Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur.
The hearing of the audio leak case against Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur was conducted by Additional District and Sessions Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar.
At the start of the hearing, a request for exemption from attendance for Ali Amin Gandapur was filed.
The court has set July 5 as the date for framing charges against Ali Amin Gandapur and co-accused Asad Khan.
Subsequently, the court adjourned the hearing of the audio leak case against Ali Amin Gandapur until July 5.
