Significant progress has been made in the case of the car accident that took place in Karachi last month. An agreement has been reached between the family of Natasha Danish and the families of the deceased father and daughter.
The heirs of the deceased Imran Arif and Amina Arif prepared affidavits. The affidavits will be presented today in the bail application hearing of the accused. It has been said in the affidavit that matters have been settled between us and we have pardoned the accused.
In the affidavit of the victim’s family, it is said that we have forgiven in the name of Allah, the Most Merciful and the Most Merciful. We have no objection to granting bail to the accused, the accident that took place was not deliberate, and we have given this certificate without any pressure.
On behalf of the heirs of the father and daughter who died in the accident, a no-objection certificate will be submitted on the bail application of the accused. The NOC will be submitted by the wife of Imran Arif who died in the accident.
It should be noted that on August 20, female driver Natasha ran over many motorcyclists with a high-speed vehicle in the Karsaz area of Karachi. As a result of the incident, some people were injured while a father and daughter died on the spot.
