Major Sirmus Rauf was martyred in South Waziristan
Major Sirmus Rauf was commissioned in the Pakistan Army on 11 September 1987.
He died on September 13, 2007, due to an explosive device explosion during a search operation in South Waziristan.
Major Sirmus Rauf Shaheed was awarded the Basalat Medal.
His martyrdom is a reflection of his invaluable services to the defense of the Christian community in Pakistan.
