Chairman PTI Imran Khan appeared in the court through video link in the case of 10 billion rupees damages against senior league leader Khawaja Asif.
Imran Khan filed a claim for damages against Khawaja Asif after allegations related to Shaukat Khanum Hospital.
During the hearing held in the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad, Imran Khan appeared in the court through video link. Khawaja Asif’s lawyer is also present with Imran Khan in Zaman Park.
On cross-examination on behalf of Khawaja Asif’s lawyer, Imran Khan said that the amount of 3 million dollars remained with HBG Group for 7 years, whose chief executive was Imtiaz Hydari. Imtiaz Hyderi was a member of the Shaukat Khanum Investment Committee who decided to invest 3 million dollars.
Chairman PTI said that it is not true that investment was made to benefit Imtiaz.
