After the 2023 ODI World Cup, two prominent Pakistani batsmen have been included in the list of lowest international strike rates.
In the list of lowest international strike rates, Babar Azam ranks second with a strike rate of 76.29, having scored 352 runs in 10 innings. Meanwhile, Bangladesh’s batsman Mehidy Hasan Miraz tops the list with 352 runs in 10 innings and a strike rate of 72.27.
Mohammad Rizwan scored 438 runs in 11 innings with a strike rate of 78.77. Bangladesh’s Najmul Hossain Shanto scored 358 runs in 8 innings with a strike rate of 84.43, while Australian batsman Steve Smith scored 347 runs in 12 innings with a strike rate of 85.25.
It is worth noting that in the opening match of the Champions Trophy 2025, Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan’s strike rates were also not impressive, and Pakistan faced a defeat against New Zealand.
