Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Barrister Gohar, while speaking to the media at the judicial complex, said that PTI has always condemned terrorism and made it clear that the party stands against all acts of terrorism.
Regarding the recent tensions with India, he said, “India has made false and baseless allegations over the Pahalgam incident, which have no connection with reality.” He further stated that the Pakistani nation cannot be divided under any circumstances, and the party stands firmly with the Pakistan Armed Forces on the matter with India.
Barrister Gohar reiterated that PTI will be present everywhere for the defense of Pakistan and will fully cooperate in protecting the country’s borders. He said that PTI did not attend the important meeting held yesterday because the party believes suspending the Indus Waters Treaty is an “act of war” and requires a firm stance.
The PTI Chairman also said, “An All Parties Conference should have been called on the suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty so that all political parties in the country could adopt a unified and effective position on this matter.”
