The Islamabad High Court has scheduled a hearing with protests on the request for the quashing of the warrant against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan.
Chief Justice Aamer Farooq is currently hearing the request for the quashing of the warrant against Imran Khan.
The Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court stated that there were objections to the request, and once he has reviewed them, the hearing will take place. He added that he will listen to the case after scheduling it. The court has already provided relief, but the situation is still before you.
Imran Khan’s lawyer, Khawaja Haris, requested a hearing on a petition today, but Chief Justice Aamer Farooq remarked that the request had already been heard and directions were given. It is unfortunate what has happened.
Lawyer Khawaja Haris said, “Please listen to us, we will satisfy the court under the law.”
The Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court remarked that relief had been granted earlier, but what was the use of court orders when they were not implemented. The consequences will be seen.
The Chief Justice directed Imran Khan’s lawyers to end the protests.
