According to an American and British research report, Gulf countries will continue to require millions of workers in the future despite the growing use of artificial intelligence, with a significant increase in labor demand expected by 2030.
The research report states that more than 1.5 million workers will be needed across Gulf countries by 2030, as economic expansion and growth in various sectors continue to drive demand for human labor.
The report highlights that in the United Arab Emirates, millions of workers will still be required despite the adoption of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies, as several sectors remain dependent on human skills and workforce participation.
The study further indicates that the workforce in the United Arab Emirates is expected to increase by 12 percent, while Saudi Arabia may see an 11 percent rise in its workforce, reflecting the potential growth of employment opportunities in the region.
