Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori held a telephone conversation with Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, during which he paid tribute to the security personnel and innocent civilians martyred in recent terrorist incidents in Balochistan.
The Sindh governor expressed solidarity with the families of the martyrs and emphasized national unity against terrorism.
Governor Kamran Khan Tessori stated that the entire nation stands united in the fight against terrorism and that both terrorists and their sponsors will be brought to justice. He reaffirmed the commitment to take decisive action against all elements involved in terrorist activities.
During the call, Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti briefed the Sindh governor on the current situation, saying that law and order in the province is fully under control. He asserted that security forces are actively pursuing terrorists and that only a handful remain, who will not be able to escape accountability.
Earlier, Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti had stated that terrorist incidents had increased due to past conciliatory policies. He added that terrorists often use civilians as human shields while carrying out attacks in urban areas, leading to greater loss of innocent lives.
